I was not able to download a PDF in the program

If you are using Mac

Try opening through 'Preview' rather than Adobe Acrobat Viewer. 

If you are using Windows

Try opening in browser than than Adobe Acrobat Viewer.   

If that doesn't work

Try downloading the PDFs in the 'Resources' tab. 

If that doesn't work

Email elearning@insideoutinstitute.org.au with the title of the PDF, and we can send you a copy if it.
