My progress through a module is not saving

Your device must be within range of internet throughout the course, else your progress will not save. 

Finishing a module in one sitting is the most reliable way to ensure that your progress is saved. You must also complete all interactives in the module, and complete any quizzes. 

If this is not possible, pressing 'exit' in the top right hand corner will in most cases, save your progress. 

If you have completed a module, including any quizzes, but the completion is not displaying as 100%, you can email us to manually mark your module as complete.
